Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is XO Productions, PO Box 476, The Junction, NSW, 2291, Australia. 

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of all countries where such promotions are permitted by law, aged 18 years or older.
Employees of XO Productions, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
To be eligible, participants must:

• Purchase a spot in the TransformU August 2025 program before 11:59pm AEST on August 11, 2025
• Submit an entry answering the question: “What are you most looking forward to doing at Bali Bliss Out with Jackie?” in 25 words or less.
  Limit of one entry per person. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

3. How to Enter
To enter, email your 25-words-or-less answer along with your TransformU enrolment receipt to transformu@xojackie.com.
Participants must retain proof of purchase and provide it if requested to validate their entry.

4. Entry Period
The giveaway begins May 20, 2025, and closes at 11:59pm AEST on August 11, 2025.
Entries received after this period will not be considered.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a trip for two to the Bali Bliss Out Retreat, including:

• 5 nights’ accommodation at Hotel Komune (November 10–15, 2025)
• All retreat activities as detailed on the official giveaway page
• Three meals per day
• Check-in from 3:00pm, November 10; check-out by 10:00am, November 15
  Approximate retail value: AUD $6,497
  Prize exclusions: Flights, travel insurance, alcohol, and personal spending money
  The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash

6. Winner Selection
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and emotional impact by the XO Productions team on September 1, 2025.
The winner will be:

• Notified via email
• Announced on xoJackie.com, and/or @xojackie social media platforms
• Announced during the TransformU Live call with Jackie on August 19, 2025
  The winner must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim the prize.

7. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. Liability
The promoter is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, or any issues arising once the prize is awarded.

The winner is responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (passport, visa, travel insurance) and complying with health and safety regulations.

9. Privacy
Personal data collected will be used solely for administering this giveaway in accordance with XOJackie Productions’ Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

11. Additional Terms
The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
Entry into the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
