Leave your crazy-busy, unfilling life behind. You just need a little hand-holding to get you where you want to go. Your TransformU learning journey is about to begin. There’s just a few things you may want to know.
In this FAQ section, we’ve answered the most frequently asked questions about TransformU.
Upon payment, you’ll receive login credentials and an access link via your welcome email. You can use this information to log in to the course platform and get immediate access to Jackie’s Orientation materials. From the course’s scheduled start date Monday 10th February, you’ll receive new content weekly for 12 weeks and can access the material for 12 months.
Each week, we’ll send you a Zoom link and a document to add your questions for Jackie. The questions are focused on the learning topic for the week:
- Manifestation
- Abundance
- Relationships
- Boundaries
- Intuition
- Self Empowerment
If you have more than one question per call, we’ll ask you to highlight your most important question and answer one each, in turn, to ensure everyone gets a chance to have their question answered. Jackie will then answer as many extra questions as time allows.
The calls go for 60 minutes and are scheduled for (DAY) at (TIME) AEDT. You’ll be live and face-to-face with Jackie on Zoom and can chat with her and community members during the call.
If you can’t make it live, don’t worry! We’ll record the call and make a note of Jackie’s answer to your question.
We require all members to adhere to our community guidelines and keep anything they hear in live calls or recordings confidential.
TransformU is a self-paced program, that allows you to participate in your learning journey at your convenience. New course content will drop every week for 12 weeks from the scheduled start date, but if you fall behind (yep, it happens!), you’ll have plenty of time to catch up.
Once you have signed up to TransformU, you’ll have access to the online course content for 12 months from the time of purchase.
If you choose TransformU PLUS, you’ll receive a welcome email on enrolment, with a link to book your reading with Jackie. On the day, your 30-minute reading will be held on Zoom. Please note readings are a live experience with Jackie and cannot be recorded, but you are welcome (and we recommend) you have a pen and paper ready to take notes!
Absolutely! TransformU is worldwide, we have community members in multiple countries including Australia, France, USA, Scotland and the UK. You are welcome to join us from anywhere in the world and we’ll help you convert the live call dates & times to your time zone.
